Q:Can I get a refund or change the UDID after paying?

A device slot in a developer account is consumed permanently, so once certificate generation starts, refunds and UDID changes are not possible. Please double-check your UDID before ordering; unpaid orders can be canceled anytime.

Q:What if my certificate is revoked?

If Apple revokes your certificate during the warranty, we issue you a new certificate free of charge, usually within 3-7 days (up to 33 days in rare cases). Warranty length depends on the plan, and you can see your warranty end date on the Order Tracking page.

Q:How soon will I get my certificate?

Instant plans are usually emailed to you within minutes after payment is confirmed; some plans take 3-33 days, as noted in the plan details. You can check progress anytime on the Order Tracking page.

Q:Are there any discounts?

Q:Which Apple devices are supported?
