Q:Can I request a refund after payment?

Since P12 certificates are digital assets generated uniquely for your device, we cannot offer refunds once the generation process has started. Please double-check your device's UDID before placing an order.

Q:What is the Warranty? What if the certificate is revoked?

Our warranty protects you against certificate revocations by Apple. If your certificate is revoked within the warranty period, we will provide a new replacement for free. Due to Apple's policies, new certificates usually take 3-7 days to process, while some orders may take up to 33 days.

Q:Can I buy for my clients? Are there bulk discounts?

Absolutely. You can purchase for any device by providing its UDID. Once you reach 10+ cumulative orders, reseller discounts will be automatically activated, allowing for higher profit margins for studios and distributors.

Q:Do you have a referral or rewards program?

Yes! You can share your unique referral link. For every successful purchase made through your link, a percentage of the sale will be credited to your account as a commission.

Q:Which Apple devices are supported?

AppleP12 supports the entire ecosystem, including iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, and Apple TV. We also provide certificate services for Mac (Apple Silicon) and Apple Watch.
